Foster School of Business has an outstanding opportunity for a full time Program Coordinator to join their team and lead in event planning!.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Event planning and program support for the MBA Career Management Program in the Michael G. Foster School of Business.

· Create, plan, and execute all aspects of event planning for a variety of events in partnership with MBA Career Management sta? and assigned by the Operations Senior Associate

Director.

· Provide logistical arrangements, secure rooms, order food, and utilize software programs and tech support as needed. The programs include and are not limited to: Mentor Program, Evening MBA Program, Corporate Recruiting, Pro Dev Launch and Pro Dev training events including company visits. Event preparation entails tasks such as: creating invitations, tracking rsvps, securing appropriate authorizations and permits, creating name tags,securing space, contacting participants and speakers for both virtual and in-person events. This position works with students, sta?, and company representatives.

· Assist at the front desk reception when needed to answer student and employer questions. This position will assist and collaborate on work projects with the o?ce’s Program Coordinators and Senior Associate Directors in the areas of communication, event planning, use and maintenance of software programs, and basic administrative support to ensure career program implementation. Support, write, and coordinate communication with internal and external contacts with regard to program and event details/agendas. Create and generate statistical reports on student attendance and other topics at events as needed. Use and oversee the maintenance and annual implementation of ?les and messaging on Sharepoint, Linkedin, and the MBA Career Management webpages including regular updating of these accounts.

· Create student marketing announcements, use graphics software, and write email, social media, and marketing communications, update PPT templates for presentations, as

needed. Use FosterJobs as assigned and create resume books, post jobs, events and workshops, and provide administrative support in collaboration with the Operations team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Event planning, organizational skills, collaboration experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience using software. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of event planning, administration.
• Experience using Powerpoint and graphics software.
