PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MIT Professional Education (PE),to collaborate with colleagues, program director/s, staff, faculty, clients, and sponsors in delivering world-class professional education programs to companies and individuals abroad and on campus. Will be responsible for planning and organizing logistics and operations for international and other PE programs in a dynamic, challenging business environment.  Duties will include serving as the key program contact for a portfolio of international programs held both on campus and abroad; executing program delivery logistics of international programs; developing and managing expenditure budgets; assisting manager in closing agreements with international collaborators; conducting and collating results participant survey results; evaluating, recommending, and implementing improvements for future international programs/relationships; and participating on cross-functional project teams as needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: B.A/B.S.; at least two years’ business experience, preferably in an international corporate customer service setting; willingness to learn; attention to detail; excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills; team-orientation; initiative/self-motivation; flexibility; discretion with confidential and sensitive matters; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and cloud-based programs such as Concur, SAP, Quip, Asana, and other project management tools; and knowledge of monitoring and reviewing financial reports. Must be able to prioritize and track multiple projects and schedules simultaneously; make sound judgments, assess information, and resolve problems with minimal supervision; and engage in effective face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions with potential customers/faculty/staff/participants in a pressured fast-moving environment.  Knowledge of MIT a plus.
