Shift
Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This will be a hybrid position.
Job Summary
This position is with the Evaluation Center housed within the College of Education. This position will oversee and manage a large grant.
The Program Coordinator II will:
  • Design and collect quantitative and qualitative data; Conduct analyses
  • Synthesize various aspects of a project into a cohesive report
  • Oversee project compliance and deliverables; Ensure internal and external project requirements are met, such as managing IRB and written reports
  • Work with the project team to identify scope and responsibilities
  • Assist in budget management
  • Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries
  • See macro/micro perspectives of a complex project
  • Build dashboards
  • Visualize data for reporting

Funding for this position is for two years. There is a possibility that additional funding would be acquired, and this position would continue to exist.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Research methods and survey design experience, Excels in Microsoft Office, Project Mgmt software, dashboard (Qualtrics), work well with faculty, self-starter, independent worker who takes initiative

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to monitor, analyze and consult on long-term projects. Advanced organization and writing skills.
