PROGRAM COORDINATOR, DIGITAL DELIVERIES, Sloan School of Management-Executive Education, to collaborate on delivering world-class executive education digital programs to companies and individuals.  Will lead the development and management of program operations planning and milestones for asynchronous and synchronous digital deliveries; coordinate logistics for digital filming sessions; act as a point of contact for and assist participants before, during, and following digital deliveries; collect program information/materials to support faculty, filming sessions, vendors, and participants; evaluate, recommend, and implement operational changes/enhancements for future programs; innovate and take ownership of assigned activities and manage day-to-day implementation and prioritization of digital course delivery; identify process improvements and propose solutions to various challenges; represent the administrative face of the programs to clients/online vendors/participants; determine program requirements; and collaborate on developing and executing new asynchronous course offerings with vendors and within Executive Education.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor's degree; at least two years’ administrative and/or project/program management experience; excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and oral and written communication skills; and an entrepreneurial approach to new projects and generating new ideas.  Must be able to lead and deliver complex and challenging programs; build relationships with and respond to the needs of clients/customers, faculty, and program director; multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, particularly during times of increased stress and pressure in an environment with changing priorities and limited supervision; maintain training documentation; develop and maintain knowledge of organizational policies/practices in order to interpret and determine appropriate course of action, developing alternative solutions when issues arise; and collaborate with others to achieve organizational goals.  PREFERRED:  familiarity with Sloan and MIT faculty.  Job #21190-6
