This position serves a wide range of people all of whom want their order the fastest, cheapest way possible. The position faces constant interruptions and distractions, as well as hazardous materials and weather conditions, so concentration and the ability to prioritize are critical. To be successful, this position must disperse pertinent information to the group of end users it serves while maintaining a consistent work flow.
