Job Overview
The Program Coordinator manages events for the BMW Center for German and European Studies (CGES) and manages administrative operations, events, communications, and marketing for the Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS).
They engage regularly with internal and external constituents of both Centers to support critical work in both Centers.
Work Interactions
Reporting to both the Associate Director of BMW CGES and to the Associate Director of CLAS, and the Program Associate works closely with the directors, faculty, and staff of both Centers, and with other SFS and University offices.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in program administration, event management and communications or closely related experience
- Proficiency with technologies related to the duties of the position, including social media and marketing
- Demonstrably high level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in higher education, an interest in international relations
- Proficiency in a European or Latin American language
