Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and ideally 2 years of experience demonstrating qualitative and quantitative analytical (and practical) skills using spreadsheets or other relationship databases as well as making presentations to help portray data trends visually..
• Experience regarding onboarding processes or relationship management experience with new hires, customers, students or other constituents.
• Experience in a collaborative, project-based environment working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with database management (in Excel at a minimum) or other relationship management systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge*, Slate, Salesforce, etc.). * training provided
