A part of the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Texas A&M School of Dentistry  in Dallas was founded in 1905 and is a nationally recognized center for oral health sciences education, research, specialized patient care and continuing dental education. The School of Dentistry is looking for a Program Aide to serve in the department of Public Health Sciences. What you need to know  


Proposed Minimum Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.


Work Schedule/Location: This is an on-site role with a typical schedule of Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • One year of program administration and/or coordination experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

  • Verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at an institution of higher education or professional school.

  • Experience with research programs.

  • Experience with data collection and program evaluation.

  • Strong organizational skills.

Essential Duties/Tasks:

  • Program Coordination - Provides support for projects or programs in the department under the supervision of Dr. Noureldin. Supports research program activities. Maintains records. Provides administrative support for ongoing research projects.
