What we want

The Program Aide will work closely with faculty on work relating to health insurance, consumer access. Program Aid will be act as consumers seeking to schedule medical appointments and document the experience electronically.

What you need to know

Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Individual must hold a BA in Public Health or related discipline..

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Individual must be able to work on a computer, use Internet-based calling, data entry, speak English, and communicate well.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s level degree preferred

Requirements:

  • Phone calls: Conduct phone calls to medical offices per assigned process.

  • Data entry: Enter data into data collection tool from phone calls. other duties as assigned
