Multiple Positions Available - This is a great opportunity to earn a part-time income while being part of an award winning inclusive and diverse organization at A&M University. This is not a student position, if you are a student please apply here instead. This position begins in late August, 2022 with a 1 hour training session in preparation for the first home football game on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Cashiers are required to maintain a parking lot entrance and provide parking guidance while working outdoors in various weather conditions during all 7 scheduled A&M home football games. Attendants (cashiers) may also work various additional event shifts at their discretion throughout the academic school year. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, courteous and have strong interpersonal and verbal skills. What you need to know

Pay Rate : starting salary as $15.00/hr ($18.00/hr will be paid for Football events)

This position maintains parking lot entrances and provides parking guidance during all scheduled A&M home football games during the fall.

  Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions

  ​Required Knowledge Abilities and Skills:

  • Must be friendly, courteous, and have strong people and verbal skills
  • Requires ability to multi-task
  • Work cooperatively with others or on your own

   
  Other Requirements or Other Factors:

  • Training will be provided
  • Must be able to work all A&M home football games
  • Scheduled hours will vary from 6:00am to 10:00pm depending on each game’s start time
  • Friday shifts may also be available

  
  Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience

   
  Starting Salary: $15.00/hr ($18.00/hr will be paid for Football Events)

  
  Responsibilities:

  • Expect a lot of public interaction while providing customer service, cash and ticket handling, and parking direction
  • Cash and ticket handling is required
  • Training is provided
  • Meals, snacks and drinks provided during shift
