Program Administrator, NICHE Program

Support the operation, management, evolution, and security of projects in the Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders (NICHE) Program. Manage office-wide communications projects, programs and events, provide administrative support as part of the 'front office,' and coordinate tasks and deliverables across these hubs. Establish and maintain project plans and schedules to meet needs and objectives, and communicate and report on project progress.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
2+ years project management, program development, budget management, communications (e.g., social media, newsletters, email), and operational excellence or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience:
1+ years Experience working in a higher-education environment, inclusive of experience as a student employee/leader
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective relationships in support of organizational goals. Knowledge of language, and current trend. Ability to work and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in individual and group settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with word processing, Zoom, spreadsheet and presentation applications and with various social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability with various degrees of autonomy, independent work, and collaborative work.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $76,500.00 to USD $93,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
