The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana is inviting applications for a full time 9 month academic year position for a Clinical Instructor.

Duties include teaching fall and spring semesters; developing and suggesting revisions to curriculum; providing direction and guidance to students in food production courses and overseeing all back of the house operations. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring sanitation of food preparation and production labs and enforcing sanitation policies with students/staff. Ideally, the candidate will have a knowledge base broad enough to be able to teach courses other than the food production courses. Candidate will maintain professional and academic competence and perform other related duties as needed.
