To further research understanding of vascular imaging and decipher genetic drivers of tumor resistance to immunotherapy and radiation therapy

Examples of Work Performed

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Lab maintenance, in vivo mouse work, running protein and immune assay, flow cytometry, flow cytometric analysis, PCR, immunohistochemistry, processing human trial samples, ordering supplies, ordering reagents, cell and tissue culture, other duties as assigned

Supervision Received

The PRA will report directly to Dr. Karam.

Supervision Exercised

The PRA will not supervise other employees.

Salary Range:

The salary range (or hiring range) has been established at $35,600 - $76,000

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

 

The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications  

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

  • BS or BA required, including a semester of Molecular Cell Biology and Immunology
  •  previous laboratory experience in animal work and immunostaining
  • Previous experience working with mice, knowledge of MathLab

Preferred Qualifications

knowledge of radiobiology, bioinformatics, tumor immunology.
