Job Summary | As part of PBS Utah’s Production Department, the Producer is a digitally-experienced, creative storyteller responsible for producing, writing, shooting and editing content for PBS Utah’s YouTube channels and other digital platforms. The Producer will create original digital content tailored to the needs and audience of each platform, contribute to our long-running YouTube gardening series, Modern Gardener , and help accelerate the quality and quantity of original digital content we produce. This role initiates, coordinates, and executes all aspects of the digital production process, including creative, technological and administrative. PBS UTAH’s produces and distributes exceptional content that entertains, informs, and enriches viewers. PBS Utah stands as one of the premier public television stations in the country. Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus three years of directly related experience in instructional or commercial television required. |
