Advise and counsel internal departments in the areas of domestic and international compliance in privacy and cybersecurity matters; review of existing privacy policies; update and drafting of internal policies and advise on privacy governance; participation in internal inquiries and investigations to assess corporate privacy compliance, data breaches, and preparedness and response capabilities.

Partner with all key business areas, in particular the legal, risk, research, finance and IT Security functions to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects, products and initiatives. Help manage the privacy network across all global offices.

Develop and maintain relevant global internal data privacy policies and training. Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on changes in laws within the US and abroad, and evolutions, trends, and best practices related to Privacy. Draft and negotiate privacy contractual terms for technology and other companies, including agreements for data processing, SaaS, and intellectual property licensing.
