View details of our total rewards package. The Preventative Maintenance position is a valued team role in which to apply your skills and learn new ones. This position provides a chance to use and develop a wide array of technical knowledge and experience. Under the general direction of a Service Manager, this position performs scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs on heating, ventilating, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, lighting, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
