Position Description
Professor Amanda Pallais is looking to hire highly-skilled and motivated research assistants who will start work in the summer of 2023 and will work for one to two years. The job entails close collaboration with Professor Pallais on research in labor economics. Examples of past projects include identifying the consequences of discrimination, determining how much workers value job flexibility, and understanding and developing interventions to combat the loneliness epidemic. This position is ideal for someone who has a long-term interest in economics research and is planning to go to graduate school in economics or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience with Stata.
The position will be based at Harvard University.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree by start date.
