JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A graduate student in the Ramachandran lab is recruiting 2-3 undergraduate students for assistance in an upcoming poultry study beginning February 23, 2022. Pay will start at $10/hr but will be evaluated based on student’s prior experience and commitment to the project.

Duties include assisting with weighing of chickens weekly, help with weekly blood collections, help with tissue collection every 5 weeks and assistance with any other minor tasks which may arise. All tasks typically occur early mornings as the chickens are fasted before being weighed and blood collections. Students do not have to have prior poultry experience to apply.
