Principal Investigator, Dr. Moshe Arditi, is seeking a Postdoctoral Scientist to join the Department of Pediatrics!

The Cedars-Sinai Infectious and Immunological Diseases Research Center (IIDRC) Department of Biomedical Sciences and the Pediatrics Department (Arditi Lab) are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Scientist, for NIH-funded cardiovascular immunobiology and mitochondrial biology research.

The Arditi Laboratory, led by Moshe Arditi, MD, director of the Infectious and Immunological Diseases Research Center (IIDRC), investigates innate and adaptive immunity in cardiovascular inflammation and mitochondrial biology and gender differences. The Arditi Laboratory particularly investigates the immunobiology of the cardiovascular lesions in the Kawasaki Disease vasculitis mouse model as well as abdominal aorta aneurysm and atherosclerosis mouse models, focusing in mitochondrial biology, metabolism, NLRP3 inflammasome activation and IL-1beta production.
