The Sol Price Center for Social Innovation is accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar - Research Associate focused broadly on issues of housing stability . The fellowship allows scholars to contribute to the literature in housing policy broadly, sharpen their analytical skills, and advance their research agendas in the field through formal and informal training and extensive collaboration with distinguished researchers.

The postdoctoral scholar will support research on a wide range of topics relevant to housing stability, including: rental assistance programs, eviction defense programs, the impacts of rent burden on low-income households, and homelessness broadly. This position will also have significant involvement with the Homelessness Policy Research Institute.

The applicant should have strong empirical skills and training in program evaluation. We are looking for scholars with training in either quantitative or qualitative methods from relevant disciplines such as economics, public policy, health policy, statistics, sociology, or psychology; strong oral and written communications skills; the ability to work as part of a team and to meet deadlines.

The fellowship provides a competitive stipend and other benefits for a 12-month fixed term which may be renewed up to a maximum of two years. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until position is filled.

Preferred Education: Must have completed a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and may be new scholars or individuals with some research experience.
