Job Summary
One postdoc position is available in the BEACONS center at The University of Texas at Dallas. This position will focus on developing revolutionary materials for renewable energy devices, especially in the area of rechargeable batteries such as lithium-ion batteries. The focus will be on the development of solid state electrolytes.
Minimum Education and Experience

Ph.D in a related field.

Preferred Education and Experience
1. Candidate must hold a Ph.D. degree
2. Coin cell assembling and electrochemical testing experience
3. Solid electrolytes synthesis experience
4. Solid-state battery assembling and testing experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, conduct, and direct a wide variety of experiments. Guide PhD students in the group. Evaluate experiment results and interpret data. Present in group meetings and project meetings. Write manuscript.
