Position Summary
The Yan Lab at UNC Chapel Hill is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to study photocatalytic nanomaterials. Strong candidates in optical instrumentation, ultrafast laser spectroscopy, nanophotonics, and biophotonics will also be considered. 
Educational Requirements
The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in materials science, chemistry, or other related subjects, conferred within the last four years or to be conferred soon. 
Qualifications and Experience
We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in nanomaterial-based heterogeneous catalysis, such as photochemical or photo-electrochemical conversion of methane and CO2 to value-added chemicals. A strong publication record is required.
