Position Qualification

Position Summary

This postdoctoral research associate position is in the area of regulation of stem cell fate decisions, including pluripotency, self-renewal, differentiation and malignant transformation by ubiquitin E3 ligases and protein degradation. The candidate will be responsible for performing experiments using both hematopoietic and pluripotent stem cells, maintaining transgenic mouse models, and utilizing both genomic and proteomic approaches to address scientific questions. Relevant experience includes molecular biology, tissue culture of both primary cells and cell lines, proteomic techniques, flowcytometry, and experience with mouse models. The candidate should be highly motivated with a strong molecular biology and/or biochemistry background.
