The Postdoctoral Research Associate will be responsible for conducting and presenting research on statistical methodology. As a member of the team, the Postdoctoral Research Associate will also be writing and publishing papers, collaborating with other research team members, and creating software. What You Need to Know

Salary: $60,000

Required Education and Experience: 

• Appropriate PhD.

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• PhD in a quantitatively oriented discipline, such as statistics, electrical engineering, computational biology and applied mathematics

Responsibilities:

• Research: Conducts and presents research on statistical methodology.

• Writing, Publishing, and Collaboration: Writes and publishes papers. Collaborates with researchers within TAMU on the topics from the research area.

• Creating Software: Creates software for wide dissemination of the research and performs other duties as assigned.
