The Health Science Center (HSC) is looking for an Postdoctoral Research Associate to serve as a member of the Microbial Pathogenesis and Immunology team. The Postdoctural Research Associate, under general supervision, will perform Biomedical research in T cell biology. Research will be conducted to investigate the mechanisms by which T cell differentiation, utilizing in vitro studies as well as various murine models.

What you need to know

Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.


Required Education: 

  • Appropriate PhD 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.


Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • PhD in Molecular Biology 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in T cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, and Experimental Animals.


Responsibilities:

  • Research: Perform biomedical research in T cell biology. Investigate the mechanisms by which T cell differentiation, utilizing in vitro studies as well as various murine models. Performs other duties as assigned.
