Posting Summary
Our NIMH funded research aims to define the cortical circuit mechanisms underlying decision making. This work is conducted in mice, thus requiring: 1) maintaining a robust wildtype and transgenic mouse colony of various genotypes; 2) surgical preparation of mice for experiments; 3) behavioral training of mice to perform decision making tasks to test our funded hypotheses.

Minimum Education and Experience
A Ph.D. in neuroscience, psychology, or related fields is required.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates with experiments in behavioral neuroscience, systems/cognitive neuroscience are preferred. 
Equipment Utilized
Two-photon imaging.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Able to lift delivery boxes, periodically equipment.
