Responsibilities focus on assisting with the management and overseeing the daily operations of federally funded research projects, including: 1) organizing and overseeing data collection for several hospital-based studies; 2) assisting in the development and maintenance of all protocols; 3) supervising study research staff; and 4) assisting in grant writing, paper writing, and data analysis and management. This position also includes clinical responsibilities associated with Rutgers UBHC Outpatient care and clinical trials occurring at UBHC’s inpatient unit.

The Kleiman Lab is on the Livingston Campus of Rutgers University in suburban Piscataway, NJ, on the Northeast Corridor, with commuting access to New York City, Princeton, and Philadelphia.

Immunization Requirements


Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to receive an updated (bivalent) vaccine dose.
