Position Summary:
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering seeks to hire a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Associate to join its labs.
The successful candidate will perform independent and directed research to achieve the research project's objectives. Your work will require the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge in the area of computer vision and the application of AI and machine learning to cutting edge problems.
Tasks you will be responsible for may include:
- organize and implement research plans
- develop methods or research that incorporate highly specialized training in a specific specialty
- conduct tests procedures and engage in data collection
- analyze, evaluate, and present findings in professional journals and at professional conferences and meetings
- mentoring graduate and/or undergraduate students
