Job Description:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to improving the visualization of implanted surgical mesh on an ultrasound imaging system. The work will predominately focus on shear-wave imaging, but other imaging approaches will also be discussed and potentially evaluated.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Doctoral degree
 


Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in engineering or physics

• Thesis focused on medical ultrasound imaging

• Prior experience with shear wave imaging

• Prior experience programming with MATLAB

• Prior experience programming a Verasonics system
