Job Description:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The department of Mechanical Engineering seeks a Postdoc to perform research related to sustainable feedstock conversion, publish research results (at least 1-2 major authored papers per year), help the PI manage funded research projects by coordinating team efforts and preparing reports, and help the PI manage lab member activities.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

 Doctoral degree
 


Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD in Chemical Engineering, chemistry, or related field

  • Previous research experience in biomass and/or waste plastic conversion

  • Record of scholarly publication in related research

  • Technical experience in a research lab
