The Hokies Post-Grad Fellowship is a 12-month paid opportunity for former student-athletes with an interest in athletic administration. The goal of the post-grad fellowship is to attract, develop, and support diverse individuals who are interested in pursuing or are currently pursuing careers in intercollegiate athletics. Participants will receive a meaningful, professional experience within a unit of their choice, along with access to professional development, networking, and one-on-one mentoring with senior level staff.

Positions are uniquely created and tailored to the needs of the respective unit and are available in the following areas:
• ACC Network
• Compliance
• Digital Strategy & Innovation
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Hokie Club (fundraising/development)
• Hokie Vision (video)
• Human Resources
• Facilities/Capital Projects
• Marketing & Promotions
• Student-Athlete Development

The post-grad fellowship will serve as one component of comprehensive diversity efforts led by the Tech athletics department. Women and members of racial and ethnic groups or populations that have been historically underrepresented are strongly encouraged to apply.
