The Ohio State University, College of Engineering, William G. Lowrie Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering is seeking a Post Doctoral Scholar to work under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Hall.

The Post Doctoral Scholar will perform simulations and disseminate the results showing how advanced coarse-grained methods can be applied to better capture ion solvation effects in polymer electrolytes. The Post Doctoral Scholar will be responsible for helping graduate students with their simulations and research and write research papers and other dissemination of research.


Required Education:
PhD in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
Desired Education:
PhD in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
Required Experience:
Experience simulating polymer electrolytes using coarse-grained models with Drude oscillators.
Desired Experience:
Experience mentoring junior researchers in coarse-grained simulations of polymer electrolytes.
