The Cognitive Development Lab under the direction of Dr. Vladimir Sloutsky and Model-based Cognitive Neuroscience Lab under the direction of Dr. Brandon Turner (both at The Ohio State University) seek to hire a postdoctoral scholar for a variety of NIH and NSF supported projects focusing on various aspects of cognitive development, including the development of categorization, concept learning, and word learning, as well as the roles of attention, memory, and decision making in these processes. 

Primary responsibilities include active participation in research and collaboration with other members of the two labs.  The Post Doctoral Scholar will also design, program, and conduct experiments, analyze data, develop and use computational models of data, present data at conferences, and write scholarly manuscripts.

The position will be split equally between the two labs.  This position will be for approximately 5 months, commencing in mid-January 2024 and ending in May 2024.  There is a possibility of reappointment beyond May 2024, depending on availability of funding and satisfactory review.
