| Advertised Job Summary | A postdoctoral scholar will work on combining density functional theory calculations and machine learning (ML) to model the life- cycle stability in beyond-lithium ion batteries. |

| Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | Experience in scientific programming, atomistic simulations and/or ML. Experience in LiS coin cell battery synthesis. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative research environment are essential. |
