Position Summary/Description:


The individual will work closely with the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium Functional Genomics Working Group to (1) establish a uniform processing pipeline for massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA), (2) apply a uniform processing pipeline to existing MPRA datasets to calibrate reproducibility and cell type specificity of the findings, and (3) identify high-confidence genetic variants with regulatory activity.
