Job Summary/Basic Functions

Tutoring undergraduate students in introductory level physics courses (PHY 101, 131, 132, 201, and 202). Tutors will be required to maintain a high Physics GPA. The Physics Tutoring Center is open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Work hours and schedules are negotiable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at EKU
• Candidates must have completed two introductory physics courses (PHY 131 & 132 or 201 & 202) with a "B" or better, be a Physics major or minor, and be dependable.

   

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
