OPPORTUNITY

University of Washington Medical Center – Montlake – Rehabilitation has an outstanding opportunity for a PHYSICAL THERAPY MANAGER - HEALTH SERVICES MANAGER. (FULL-TIME, DAYS)

This opportunity includes management of the Physical Therapy Department across the continuum of care including acute care, ICU, Inpatient Rehab and NICU.  This position is responsible for operations including fiscal, personnel, quality improvement, productivity and care coordination. This position reports to the Director of Therapy Services.

Oversees performance evaluation of physical therapy staff, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in Quality Improvement activities.  Evaluates budget performance versus budget controls and takes appropriate action to remain in budget guidelines. Provides data to the direction for budget development and in devising systems that support efficiency of care. Maintains records pertinent to personnel and the operation of the department.
