Position Summary:

The Outpatient Physical Therapy Team Leader is responsible for the daily team organization and operations of the clinic. As a Physical Therapist, this individual provides care for patients by examination, evaluation, plan of care development, goal setting, implementation of interventions and educatino of the patient and family.

Seeking candidates who are: Team Oriented, Customer focused, Optimistic, Resourceful and Value Clinical Competence


Position Qualification:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or eligible for license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Tennessee. Four (4) years of outpatient experience preferred. American Physical Therapy Association membership preferred.
