Description

Primary functions are to provide applicablephysical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Majorduties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentationrequirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). The position will float to various rehab clinics in Century City, Burbank and Olympic. More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title Position may convert to career. Per Diem Salary Range: 65.29-81.62 Hourly

Qualifications

Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification. More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title Ability to travel to different rehab clinics as needed
