Responsibilities

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses in the acute care setting. Major duties include: patient treatment, completing all documentation requirements accurately and timely. . The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified. May be required to rotate between clinical areas and will be required to participate in holiday and weekend coverage. Must commit to 2 weekend days per month.

Qualifications

• CA PTA license
• BLS from AHA or ARC
• acute care experience preferred
• More than 2 years of licensed PTA experience qualifies for PTA 2 title
