Job Summary
Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong customer service skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, team player, able to multitask, attention to detail, computer skills, problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Customer Service skills; Call center experience preferred; Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or nationally certified Pharmacy Technician.
