Physical Requirements

Job Summary
The Pharmacy Operations Senior Specialist will support HCV Program and Specialty Pharmacy to deliver value and drive alignment for clinical and corporate-wide strategic imperatives. This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate planning tools and systems while driving to optimize existing practices and procedures. The role will also perform analytical work while coordinating, managing and disseminating both financial and strategic direction through data visualization models. This position is a key component to clinical practice analysis, issue resolution and process improvement. Prior clinic operations, performance improvement, data analytics and project management experience preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
HealthCare operations, meeting facilitation, process improvement, presentation development, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau. Data collection, review, analysis, and reporting and/or operations support. Take initiative to continuously develop knowledge base and skill level by participating in continuing education programs, trainings, classes and seminars. Identify and develop strategies to facilitate workflow improvements. Experience in workflow analysis, and healthcare operations. Experience in facilitating workflow improvements. Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s in IT, Data Management, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare or related years of experience/education preferred.
