Description

Provide efficient administrative support to the employee-focused work of the People Programs team and to the Chief People Officer.  Work cooperatively with a variety of areas across the institution.

This is considered a full-time, hourly, benefits eligible position. The hiring range for the position is $19.90 - $24.88/hour.

Core Responsibilities:

·       Proactively manage scheduling and calendar for Chief People Officer, including monitoring ongoing meetings, responding to requests and work with other senior administrative support staff to coordinate meetings and mutual work.

·       Organize and prep material and agenda for meetings as requested.

·       Process and monitor invoices and expenses through AP, p-card, Oracle.

·       Monitor VP HR inbox daily, clean up messages and alert when response is needed.

·       Liaising with other departments as necessary and booking meeting space.

·       Work collaboratively with People Program team to support monthly programing and other reward and recognition programming.


Requirements
Position Prerequisites:
  • Associate’s degree preferably in office management or related field. 
  • Interest in gaining experience and exposure to a wide range of people-related functions with Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and team collaborations. 
  • Must handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to organize tasks and follow-through on projects.
