The position is through the PEAK temporary program and is expected to last around 6 months.
Graduate College Admissions and Graduate Student Life is seeking someone to assist administrative support function. The job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and distributing mail to admission staff
- Scanning and indexing transcripts and application materials into the Slate CRM
- Downloading electronic transcripts and indexing electronic transcripts in the Slate CRM
- Answering and managing daily email to the Graduate Admissions email
- Scheduling rooms and on campus for Graduate Student Life and Graduate College events
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GED and
6 month of clerical or office experience
Skills:
- General office and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
