This position is through the PEAK temporary program and located in Tulsa.

You will be helping the Tulsa campus transition to Genetec.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Access Control & Physical Security Technologies Technician to join our security team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in physical security technologies and access control systems, and be ready to learn under the guidance of our experienced team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the installation of our access control and physical security systems under the supervision of our senior technicians and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
  • Aid in conducting regular system checks and preventative maintenance to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Help in maintaining accurate records of all installation and maintenance work.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, and work in a manner that promotes a safe environment.
  • Learn and understand the principles of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and other security-related systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned under the guidance of the security team.

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
