Hours: 40/week

Primary Purpose:
The Patient Relations Assistant is responsible for providing assistance with lost or missing property and valuables, obtaining clinic appointments upon request, and assisting with routine problems and complaints from patients and customers.
 

Qualifications

 

Knowledge and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Prefer some previous college coursework.
Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service setting.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population. Must have strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal. Skilled in sensitivity awareness. Able to apply insight and sound judgment in stressful situations. Able to assess and resolve operational and system problems. Must demonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office products. Bilingual communication skills are preferred. Experience with MIDAS and LastWord is preferred
