Job Summary
This position will serve as the lead to the Patient Services Coordinator team in the Division of OMFS and will support the Clinic Manager. The successful candidate will have oversight and provide management for the OMFS Call Center new patient call line. They will serve as a point of contact for the Patient Services team for questions related to registration, scheduling, and finances for both existing staff and in the training of new hires. This position will at times provide relief for staffing dynamics across all College of Dentistry Clinics.

Preferred Education/Experience
Experience in medical/dental financial counseling, registration, and pre-authorizations preferred. Supervisory experience and experience resolving customer complaints are highly preferred.
