JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


Duration: June 2024

The project will focus on research looking at the effects of varied tillage intensities on biological control potential in organic cropping systems. Job duties include statistical analysis of community ecology data in R, data visualization and data organization. Successful candidates will work closely with the PI Barbercheck on data management and analysis. Experience with R and data analysis is required.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, detail oriented, willing to work flexible hours, enjoy working in the lab and outside, and be able to work independently.

LOCATION AND COMMITMENTS

  • The work will be at the Agricultural Sciences and Industries Building on the University Park campus.

  • Part-time; specific working times are flexible and will be discussed and set at the beginning of employment.
