JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Part-Time Psychological Assessment Supervisor

The Pennsylvania State University, Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), University Park has an opening for a part-time Psychological Assessment Supervisor beginning August 8, 2024.  Hours worked range from 3-4 hours per week.

Responsibilities include providing psychological assessment supervision to doctoral interns.  Applicants must have clinical expertise in ADHD, LD, and Personality Assessment and experience providing supervision for assessment.  APA accredited doctoral internship in Health Service Psychology is required.  A Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required and applicants must be licensed as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of PA. 

State College, PA, a university town, with a population of 105,000 (which includes the State College borough and surrounding townships) was recently cited as one of the top university towns in the United States. Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are 3 to 4 hours from State College and Baltimore is about 3 hours. State College and the university provide the major intellectual, cultural, and recreational resources for central Pennsylvania.
