JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a part-time programmer analyst to work on two projects in computational biology. Both projects require algorithm design and implementations. The first project involves network flow, BFS search, etc; the second project involves integer linear programming, conjunctive normal form, boolean satisfiability, etc. The programmer is expected to join the team, understand the current status of the projects (both are ongoing), continue to implement the algorithms, test/release the resulting software, and benchmark with other methods.


Qualification

An MS degree (or higher) with experience in algorithm design/implementation, or equivalent education and experience, are preferred; MS and PhD students with strong algorithm and programming skills are also encouraged to apply. Programming with C++ is required
